I grow online stores. I’ve done it with my own money.

E-commerce marketer since 2012. For European webshops I fix what quietly costs sales: slow pages, weak technical SEO and ad spend nobody can tie to orders.

What I fix in online stores

01

Speed

Slow pages lose buyers before they see the product.

Lighthouse on a live bookstore: home page 38 → 75, product page 78 → 94.

02

Technical SEO and migrations

Clean structure, sitemaps and redirects, so Google sees every product.

1,516 URLs moved to a new platform with zero errors, 745 of them through one 301 redirect.

03

Conversion tracking

Every campaign judged by real orders, not by clicks.

Cost per order down 2.6×; margin-to-ad-spend ratio 0.87 → 4.06.

04

Links that sell

Links to the pages that earn money, checked against orders.

Search clicks 385 → 1,142 a month; clicks and orders moved together (r = 0.84).

Skin in the game

I have run my own stores. I know what a bad month costs.

  1. 2012First online store, Ecopolza: the key product grew from 1 to almost 100 sales a week; a dealer network across Ukraine.
  2. 2018Умные книги, my online bookstore. Ads tied to orders: 160 → 1,501 orders a year by 2021.
  3. 2018–21Marketer at an official Toyota dealer: the site reached Google top 1–3 across almost all of Ukraine. Then head of the commercial department at GreenPower.
  4. 2022Full-scale war. Kharkiv is on the front line. Orders fall from 92 to 12 in a month.
  5. 2023Rebuilt with SEO and links: search clicks ×3, orders back to 124 a month by February 2024.
  6. 2024We kept the store running for two and a half years of war. In July 2024 we chose to close it: organising the business in wartime had become too complex.
  7. 2025 →Technical SEO, speed and automation on my own sites and a partner’s online bookstore — the work above.
